PROMS Training
Volian offers various types of training for new and experienced users. Each option is outlined below:
Utilizes online remote meeting sessions, ranging from two to four hours each, as defined by your utility. Note that these remote training sessions are customized to use your plant’s data. 
CLICK HERE to view a typical curriculum divided into logical sessions which spans about 20 hours of remote sessions. This curriculum is very comprehensive including Basic Training, Administrator Training, Referenced Object Training and Hands On-User Training. Please contact Volian for pricing inquiries.
- Basic Training (3-4 sessions each 2-4 hours long)
- Administrator Training (1 session 2-4 hours long)
- Advanced Referenced Objects – (1 session about 2-4 hours long)
Volian is now offering pre-recorded training videos which utilizes generic data. This option includes videos for Basic Training, Administrator Training, and Referenced Object Training. For an additional cost, these videos can be supplemented with remote training sessions covering plant specific topics using your plant data, which can be recorded and provided for future reference.
