Our Google Groups are intended to supplement our Customer Support service. Once you join a group, you can view existing messages, respond to them, and post your own. Email will automatically be sent to Volian when a member posts a message. You can also upload and download files from here. The advantages of doing so here is the ability to handle files with long file names and the fact you need to belong to our private group in order to access them. If you are not already a member of these groups, click on the option called "Apply for group membership" when you access the group. You can also call or Email us and we will send you an invitation to become a member of the group. The Software Group is for discussions about using and configuring VE-PROMS.
The Engineering Group is for discussions about Procedure Writing, other Engineering topics.
